Tier 1 — Top picks. Strong builder track record, verified ready possession, good rental liquidity. Best starting point for rent-then-buy.
Tier 2 — Solid with caveats. Good projects, but verify the flagged concern (delays, service, title, OC) before visiting.
Dashed pins mark the suburb center — the exact building location couldn't be pinned down. Treat as approximate.
